The hydraulic system is the power core of the cold press machine, consisting of oil cylinders, oil pumps, oil tanks, and control valve blocks. By transmitting pressure through hydraulic oil, the upper pressure plate is driven to perform vertical lifting motion. The hydraulic system has the characteristics of stable pressure and rapid response, which can accurately control the pressing pressure and stroke to meet the production needs of different specifications of plates.
The pressure plate assembly consists of an upper pressure plate and a lower pressure plate, which are welded with profiles and steel plates. The working surface is precision milled to ensure surface flatness. The upper pressure plate is directly connected to the hydraulic cylinder piston rod, and the lower pressure plate is fixed to the frame base. The design of the pressure plate needs to balance rigidity and lightweight to reduce the load on the hydraulic system and improve the uniformity of compression.
The auxiliary mechanism includes a limit device and a pressure plate balancing system. The limit device drives the limit plate through an electric push rod to achieve precise positioning of the board before pressing; The balance system adopts a gear rack mechanism to ensure that the pressure plate remains horizontal during the lifting process, avoiding deformation of the plate due to uneven force.
