NE50 bucket elevator model parameters
The NE50 bucket elevator, as a typical representative of plate chain vertical conveying equipment, is widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and building materials. It is suitable for lifting powdery, granular, and small block materials, especially for abrasive materials, and has good adaptability. The following analyzes its technical characteristics from three aspects: core parameters, structural features, and performance advantages.
1、 Core parameters
Conveying capacity: The rated conveying capacity reaches 60m ³/h, and the maximum lifting capacity can be expanded to 65t/h (such as in a case in Jiangsu where 183 hoppers were configured for a lifting height of 26.3 meters to achieve this capacity).
Elevating height: The standard design range is 4.13-49.13 meters, and it can achieve a height of 60 meters through high-strength plate chains (breaking strength ≥ 240KN).
Power configuration: Drive power of 1.5-18.5kW, using Y series motor with hard tooth surface reducer (such as DCY180-35.5 type), head wheel speed of 14.13-16.45 revolutions per minute, and stable chain speed of 29.3m/min.
Hopper specifications: Capacity of 0.0157m ³, hopper width of 300mm, hopper spacing of 304.8mm, material selection of 16Mn wear-resistant steel or Q235 ordinary steel, reinforced plate added on the excavation side to enhance durability.
2、 Structural advantages
Plate chain transmission system: Double row chain design (pitch 152.4mm) with ZG310-570 alloy steel sprocket (tooth surface quenched HRC40-48), with a service life of over 15000 hours.
Sealed dustproof structure: The casing is made of 4mm thick Q235 steel plate folded and welded, equipped with a rubber plate anti return device, and the dust leakage rate is less than 0.1%.
Intelligent tensioning system: NE15-NE50 adopts spring tensioning, while NE100 and above are equipped with heavy hammer box tensioning to ensure constant tension during chain operation.
3、 Performance characteristics
Energy saving and efficient: The inflow feeding design reduces ineffective power by 30% and overall energy consumption by 18% compared to the loop elevator.
Convenient maintenance: The modular structure supports quick replacement of vulnerable parts, and the layout of the inspection door reduces the single maintenance time to within 0.5 hours.
Strong adaptability: capable of handling materials with temperature ≤ 200 ℃ and particle size < 50mm, with a continuous operation cycle of over 8000 hours in cement production lines.
This model optimizes the density of hopper layout (6.6 hoppers per meter height) and gravity induced unloading method, achieving efficient and low failure rate vertical material transportation while maintaining a compact footprint (casing width ≤ 1.2 meters). It is an ideal choice for upgrading and renovating small and medium-sized production lines.
