Implementation Plan for Intelligent Fabric Distribution in Metallurgical Lime Kiln
The uniformity of material distribution in metallurgical lime production is a key factor affecting the stability of kiln conditions, lime quality, and energy consumption indicators. Implementing intelligent fabric technology is an important path to achieve refined operations and improve overall efficiency.
System composition and core functions
The intelligent fabric system mainly consists of mechanical actuators, level and profile detection sensing units, and a central control module. Its core lies in real-time monitoring of the shape and distribution of materials inside the kiln through scanning technologies such as laser or radar, and feeding back the data to the control system. The system automatically adjusts the rotation speed, walking trajectory, and discharge gate opening of the fabric based on preset optimization logic (such as leveling the material surface, eliminating segregation, and balancing airflow), achieving precise and flexible fixed-point fabric and mode switching.
Implementation steps and expected benefits
The implementation process needs to be carried out step by step: first, complete the transformation of the old mechanical fabric and the installation and integration of the sensing system; Secondly, based on the characteristics of the kiln, establish and debug a mathematical model and control strategy for the fabric; Finally, conduct system integration testing and operator training. This scheme can significantly improve the uniform distribution of air flow in the kiln, enhance the calcination effect, thereby increasing the activity of lime, reducing the over burning and raw burning rates, and effectively reducing the occurrence of agglomeration accidents caused by segregation, ultimately achieving the goal of stabilizing quality and reducing fuel consumption.
