How to control the ventilation volume of lime shaft kiln
Ventilation rate is the core parameter that affects the calcination efficiency of lime shaft kiln, and reasonable air volume control directly affects product quality, energy consumption level, and production efficiency. The following are the three key aspects of ventilation control:
1. Basic air volume calculation
The ventilation volume should be scientifically set according to the specifications and production capacity of the kiln, generally configured according to the standard of 800-1200m ³ of air required per unit of lime production (1 ton). The calculation formula is:
Q=K × G (Q is the air volume m ³/h, G is the output t/h, K is the coefficient 800-1200)
2. Dynamic adjustment method
(1) Pressure balance method: By monitoring the negative pressure at the top of the kiln (-50~-100Pa) and the pressure at the bottom of the kiln (0-50Pa), adjust the frequency of the induced draft fan and blower
(2) Oxygen content control method: Maintain the oxygen content of the exhaust gas at 2% -5%, and automatically adjust the opening of the air door when it exceeds the range
(3) Temperature interlock method: When the temperature in the preheating zone exceeds 700 ℃, the air volume will automatically increase by 10% -15%
3. Handling of special working conditions
(1) Tumor treatment: When there is a ring formation on the kiln wall, it is necessary to instantly increase the air flow by 20% -30% for 2 hours
(2) Shutdown insulation: Maintain 30% basic air volume during temporary shutdown to prevent flameout
(3) Rainy season operation: When the air humidity is above 80%, it is necessary to increase the air volume by 5% -8% to compensate for the decrease in oxygen content
Operation suggestions
Suggest using a variable frequency fan and intelligent control system to achieve real-time and precise adjustment of air volume. Regularly calibrate the air volume measuring device in daily life, keep the air duct unobstructed, and clean the air cap pores once a month.
