Introduction to the Construction Plan of Vertical Lime Kiln
Do you want to build an efficient and worry free vertical lime kiln? Don't rush to find a construction team, first take a look at this "Avoiding Pits Guide" - from site selection to production, Jinyong Kiln has summarized a plan based on 20 years of experience to help you spend every penny wisely.
Site selection and layout are the foundation. The vertical lime kiln is most afraid of "holding back", so the location should be chosen in a flat and well ventilated place, with a distance of no more than 500 meters from the raw material yard, which is ideal. The saved transportation costs can be equivalent to half a year's electricity bills. The kiln body should face north and south, avoiding the dominant winter wind direction to prevent cold air from entering the kiln and affecting calcination. When Jin Yong designed for a company in Yunnan, he specifically built the kiln next to the limestone mining area, reducing the cost of raw material transportation by 40%. Now, the company's annual output has doubled.
The structure of the kiln is a combination of rigidity and flexibility. The outer shell is welded with 20mm thick steel plate, and 300mm thick refractory bricks are laid inside. The middle is filled with 50mm aluminum silicate fiber felt. This "sandwich" structure can withstand high temperatures of 1200 ℃ without deformation. The kiln roof is designed as a catenary arch, which has a load-bearing capacity three times stronger than traditional flat roofs and will not collapse for twenty years. The old kiln furnace of a cement plant in Hebei always leaks air. After Jin Yong changed it to this structure, the coal consumption per ton of ash decreased from 165 kilograms to 140 kilograms, saving enough money to buy a small car in a year.
The combustion system needs to be 'smart'. Jin Yong's solution is equipped with a pulse bag filter and a low nitrogen burner. The fuel can be either coal gas or natural gas, and the flame temperature can be accurately controlled between 1000-1100 ℃. There are 12 temperature measurement points installed inside the kiln, and the data is transmitted in real time to the central control room. The AI system will automatically adjust the air volume according to the composition of limestone, ensuring that the activity is stable at above 380ml.
Environmental protection cannot make a living. Jin Yong's plan directly embeds the desulfurization and denitrification equipment into the kiln body. The exhaust gas first passes through a wet desulfurization tower and then enters an SCR denitrification device, making it easy to control nitrogen oxide emissions below 50mg/m ³. The ash outlet at the bottom of the kiln is equipped with a sealing device, which prevents dust from escaping. The factory floor is clean enough to walk barefoot.
From site selection to environmental protection, Jin Yong's vertical lime kiln construction plan has taken every detail to the extreme. In the past 20 years, they have helped more than 600 companies build kilns without any safety accidents, and the customer repurchase rate has exceeded 80%. Choosing Jin Yong for kiln construction is worry free, cost-effective, and effortless!
