New Lime Kiln Environmental Protection and New Energy Enhancement
The new lime vertical kiln has achieved a dual improvement in environmental performance and production efficiency through technological innovation and process optimization. In terms of environmental protection, the electrostatic bag composite dust removal technology is adopted, which combines electrostatic field pre dust removal with bag micron level filtration to significantly reduce dust emission concentration, far below the national emission standards. At the same time, the integrated wet desulfurization and denitrification device utilizes alkaline absorption solution to simultaneously remove sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides, achieving high pollutant removal efficiency and ultra-low exhaust gas emissions.
In terms of energy efficiency improvement, the kiln body adopts a double-layer refractory structure and a fully enclosed design. The outer layer is made of high-strength alloy steel and the inner layer is made of composite insulation bricks, effectively reducing heat loss. The temperature at the kiln top is lowered, and heat loss is significantly reduced. The supporting high-temperature air combustion technology and low nitrogen burner reduce nitrogen oxide generation and improve fuel combustion efficiency through fuel staged injection and flue gas recirculation. In addition, the waste heat recovery system preheats the cooling air and introduces it into the calcination zone, achieving cascade utilization of thermal energy and significantly reducing energy consumption per ton of lime.
The new lime shaft kiln also introduces a fully automated electronic control system, which monitors the temperature, pressure and other parameters inside the kiln in real time through sensors, intelligently adjusts combustion and feeding, ensures the uniformity of calcination, significantly reduces the raw material burning rate, and significantly improves the stability of product quality.
