Equipment integrity check
Confirm that the components such as the fabric feeder, rotating arm, drive motor, and transmission chain are free from wear, looseness, or cracks. Pay close attention to the integrity of the fabric feeder blades to avoid uneven fabric distribution caused by damage.
Lubrication and sealing testing
Check the lubricating oil level and quality of the gearbox, bearings, and other parts to ensure that there is no oil leakage; Observe whether the sealing device of the fabric dispenser is intact to prevent dust from escaping.
Electrical system troubleshooting
Test the electrical connections of motors, sensors, and control cabinets, check whether the signal feedback of limit switches, proximity switches, etc. is accurate, and ensure that the fabric movement is synchronized with the central control instructions.
Fabric effect verification
When observing the holes inside the kiln or stopping the kiln for maintenance, check whether the distribution of the material layer is uniform, whether there is any deviation, ring or local accumulation phenomenon.

Optimization of angle and speed of fabric dispenser
Adjust the inclination angle (usually 5 ° -15 °) and rotation speed (10-30 revolutions per minute) of the material distributor according to the height of the material level and combustion conditions in the kiln, to ensure that the material is evenly spread along the kiln section.
Fabric trajectory calibration
If it is found that there is too much or too little local fabric, the rotation radius of the fabric feeder or the speed of the drive motor should be adjusted to cover the entire kiln section with the material coverage.
Stability control of material flow
By adjusting the frequency of the feeder or the opening of the gate, ensure stable material flow at the inlet of the feeder, and avoid uneven fabric distribution caused by material flow fluctuations.
Regular maintenance and calibration
Establish a "daily inspection and weekly maintenance" system, conduct comprehensive calibration of the fabric system every month, record and adjust parameters, and archive and analyze them.
