Composition of automation control system for lime shaft kiln
The automation control system of lime shaft kiln is a core device for improving production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and reducing energy consumption. Its typical components include four modules: data acquisition, process control, execution mechanism, and monitoring management.
The data acquisition layer is the "sensing organ" of the system, which monitors key parameters such as the temperature inside the kiln (calcination zone, preheating zone, cooling zone), negative pressure at the kiln top, inlet air volume, and gas flow rate in real time through devices such as thermocouples, infrared thermometers, pressure transmitters, and flow meters. For example, setting up 3-5 thermocouples in the calcination zone can accurately capture temperature gradients and provide a basis for combustion control.
The process control layer is the "decision-making center" of the system, using PLC or DCS controllers to analyze and process collected data based on preset process models (such as temperature time curves, air coal ratio algorithms). When the kiln temperature deviates from the set value, the system automatically adjusts the opening of the gas valve and the frequency of the fan to achieve closed-loop control. After being applied by a certain enterprise, the fluctuation range of kiln temperature was reduced from ± 50 ℃ to ± 15 ℃, and the firing rate decreased by 8%.
The actuator layer is the "action unit" of the system, including electric control valves, variable frequency fans, hydraulic ash discharge machines, and other equipment, which directly respond to control instructions. For example, the use of intelligent variable frequency fans can achieve seamless adjustment of air volume from 0 to 100%, saving more than 20% energy compared to traditional baffle dampers.
The monitoring management provides a human-computer interaction interface, supporting functions such as process parameter setting, historical data query, fault alarm, etc., to assist operators in remote monitoring and optimization adjustment, and promote the intelligent and green upgrade of lime kiln.
