How to select new environmental protection lime kiln equipment
Production efficiency, environmental protection requirements and economical efficiency shall be taken into consideration when selecting new environmental protection lime kiln equipment.
Selection of kiln type is the core. For small-scale production, mechanical shaft kiln with compact structure and low investment can be selected, which can realize thermal efficiency improvement and pollutant control through multi-layer refractory and intelligent combustion system. For high-yield and high-quality lime, the double-chamber kiln is preferred. Its double-chamber alternate calcination technology makes the thermal efficiency exceed 90%, and it is equipped with efficient dust removal and desulfurization and denitration device to meet the ultra-low emission standard. Rotary kilns are suitable for continuous production on a large scale, especially for handling high hardness or moisture content raw materials. Their rotating cylinder design ensures uniform calcination of the raw materials and low nitrogen burners significantly reduce NOx emissions.
Exact selection of key equipment. Low nitrogen combustion or staged combustion technology shall be preferred for the burner to reduce the generation of pollutants; The bag-type dust collector or electric dust collector shall be selected for dust removal equipment according to the characteristics of waste gas to ensure that the dust emission concentration is lower than 10mg/m3; The automatic control system shall be integrated with PLC+DCS technology to monitor the temperature, pressure and other parameters in the kiln in real time to realize dynamic adjustment and energy consumption optimization. In addition, the configuration of the waste heat recovery unit can further reduce the comprehensive energy consumption, such as using the kiln tail gas to produce steam for raw material drying.
The technical strength and after-sales service of the equipment supplier shall be comprehensively evaluated to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
