Analysis of Efficient Rotary Cutting Technology of Single-plate Rotary Peeling Machine

Monitor the diameter change of the wood section in real time through the grating ruler, and the system automatically adjusts the feed speed of the extrusion roller and the angle of the rotary cutter. With the automatic switching function of the hydraulic double clamp shaft, the wood section with the diameter of 500mm to 40mm can be processed continuously. With the self-adaptive adjustment technology of cutter back angle changing with the diameter, the cracks on the back of the veneer are effectively reduced.
