Dust removal equipment is the key to environmental protection of lime kiln. Bag-type dust collector and electric dust collector are common. They can effectively collect dust particles generated during the production process of lime kiln, reduce dust content in exhaust gas and protect environment and staff health.
Exhaust gas treatment equipment is also indispensable. Desulfurization unit is used to remove sulfur dioxide in the waste gas. Limestone-gypsum method or activated carbon adsorption method can be adopted to reduce sulfur dioxide emission. The denitrator treats the nitrogen oxide to reduce its content and make the waste gas meet the national emission standard.
Some lime kilns are also equipped with cyclone water film dust removal tower, turbulent ball desulfurization tower and other equipment. Cyclone water film dust removal tower can further remove dust through water film effect, and turbulent ball desulfurization tower can strengthen desulfurization effect. At the same time, the circulating water system can treat and recycle the waste water generated during dust removal and desulfurization, improve the utilization rate of water resources and reduce the discharge of waste water.
