The quicklime production line is a complete set of equipment that processes limestone into quicklime through high-temperature calcination, and its core structure consists of the following parts:
Raw material pretreatment system
It includes limestone crusher, vibrating screen and conveying equipment for crushing and sieving large pieces of limestone into particles meeting calcination requirements (normally 30-50 mm) and feeding to the next link via belt conveyor.
Calcination system
The core equipment is rotary kiln or shaft kiln. The rotary kiln calcines the limestone slowly at high temperature (900-1200 ℃); The shaft kiln adopts layered combustion design, which is suitable for small and medium-sized production. During the calcination process, the limestone (CaCOdecomposes into quicklime (CaOcarbon dioxide (CO).
Cooling system
The calcined high temperature quicklime is cooled to below 80 ℃ by a cooler (such as single-barrel cooler or vertical cooler) to avoid burning the equipment during subsequent packaging or transportation.
Dust removal and waste gas treatment system
It includes cyclone dust collector, bag dust collector, etc., used to collect dust and treat waste gas generated by calcination to ensure environmental protection.
Storage and packaging of finished products
The cooled quicklime is sent to the finished product warehouse by the elevator and finally delivered by the automatic packing machine or bulk system.
