The automatic veneer spinning machine is an important equipment in the wood processing field, and routine maintenance has a great impact on its performance and life. The following are the maintenance points.
Clean the equipment at the end of each day's work. Blow off wood chips, dust and other sundries on the surface and inside of the leather spinning machine with compressed air, and pay special attention to cleaning key parts such as the cutter shaft, feed inlet and outlet to prevent sundries from accumulating and affecting equipment operation. At the same time, check whether there is scratch and deformation on the equipment surface, and timely record and handle any problem found.
Regularly lubricate and maintain the equipment. In accordance with the requirements of the equipment specification, add appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease to the transmission components, such as bearings, chains, gears, etc., to ensure the flexible operation of the components and reduce wear. Generally, it is recommended to check the lubrication once a week and conduct comprehensive lubrication once a month.
Check the tools regularly. Cutter is the core component of skin spinning machine, and its sharpness directly affects the quality of skin spinning. Observe the wearing condition of the cutter, and replace or sharpen the blade in time in case of passivation, notch and other problems. At the same time, adjust the contact pressure between the cutter and the wood to ensure uniform thickness of the rotating skin.
The electrical system shall be checked regularly to see whether the circuit is damaged and whether the joint is loose, so as to ensure the electrical safety of the equipment.
