Notes on mechanical installation and commissioning of plywood
The installation and commissioning of plywood machinery is the key link to ensure the stable operation of equipment and production quality, and the following aspects shall be focused on:
Foundation and site
Before equipment installation, the ground shall be flat and the bearing capacity shall meet the standard to avoid equipment vibration or accuracy deviation due to unstable foundation. Anchor bolts shall be embedded for large machinery (such as hot press and sander), and enough operation and maintenance space shall be reserved.
Equipment positioning and calibration
Locate the equipment according to the layout and adjust the levelness of the main machine with a level gauge to ensure the centering of each component. Transmission parts (such as chains and belts) shall be properly tensioned to avoid excessive looseness, slipping or abrasion.
Electrical and hydraulic systems
Check whether the power voltage and wire diameter meet the equipment requirements and whether the grounding protection is in place. The pipeline of the hydraulic system shall be cleaned to prevent impurities from entering the oil circuit. During commissioning, pressurize gradually to test the tightness and avoid leakage.
No-load and load test
Operate for 2-4 hours without load, observe temperature, noise, vibration and other parameters, conduct load commissioning after confirming no abnormality, gradually increase pressure or speed, and verify whether equipment performance meets the standard.
Safety and Training
Install protective devices (such as emergency stop button and protective barrier) to ensure that operators are familiar with equipment operation procedures and emergency treatment procedures.
By strictly controlling the installation and commissioning details, the equipment operation efficiency and service life can be significantly improved.
