Precautions for the use and maintenance of hydraulic station for plywood hot press machine
1. It is recommended to use high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil with grades 32 and 46 for the hydraulic station. The most suitable working temperature is 30 ℃ -50 ℃, but driving is prohibited when the oil temperature is below 15 ℃ or above 60 ℃. To adjust the oil temperature, it can be heated or cooled in advance.
2. The most important thing in hydraulic transmission is to avoid dirty and deteriorated oil, otherwise dust will stick to the oil suction filter, increase noise, reduce pump life and many other problems. According to statistics, 80% of hydraulic system failures are caused by unclean hydraulic oil. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly maintain the cleanliness of the oil during use. In environments with high dust levels, additional dust prevention measures should be considered for the mechanism.
3. Familiarize oneself with the operating characteristics of hydraulic component control mechanisms, strictly prevent accidents caused by adjustment errors, and pay attention to the relationship between the rotation direction of the hydraulic component adjustment handle and changes in pressure and flow rate.
4. Do not easily disassemble the hydraulic system. The removed components must be strictly kept clean and stored in a dust-free location. When cleaning, inspecting, and disassembling hydraulic components, they should also be carried out in a dust-free location to minimize the chance of impurities entering the system.
5. In order to maintain good operation, working accuracy, and extend the service life of the equipment, regular maintenance and upkeep work is very important. It is necessary to check in a timely manner whether the connections and fasteners in the system are loose, whether the hydraulic oil leaks, whether the valve action is reliable, the noise and heat of the pump, as well as the rise and pollution of the oil temperature.
Within the first week of the first month of use, all fasteners of the new equipment must be checked for looseness, oil leakage and pressure plate leakage at the sealing and hydraulic parts before starting up every day. If any problems are found, the equipment should be stopped immediately for maintenance to avoid losses caused by working with defects. Check every three days after a week. Check once every 10 days in the second month. Check every two weeks (15 days) in the future.
Note: The hanging corner bolts of the plywood hot press board must be checked regularly to prevent loosening and serious consequences.
7. Hydraulic oil should be cleaned and replaced with new oil after about a month of use. When injecting new oil, it should be filtered through a filter with a mesh size of 120 or more, and all tools must be kept clean. Afterwards, it should be cleaned or oil changed every six months.
