What are the systems of lime kiln equipment divided into
Lime kiln equipment is usually divided into 6-8 core systems, with slightly different quantities depending on the kiln type (vertical kiln/rotary kiln) and degree of automation. The standard configuration includes eight systems: feeding, material distribution, kiln body calcination, combustion/heating, air supply, ash unloading, dust removal and environmental protection, and automatic control.
Core system composition
1. Feeding system
Responsible for receiving, measuring, and lifting raw materials (including silos, elevators/hoists, weighing devices).
2. Fabric system
Ensure uniform distribution of furnace materials inside the kiln (including rotating distributors, chutes, and air locks), eliminate segregation and wall effects.
3. Kiln body system
Calcination of the main body (including cylinder/shell, refractory lining, and supporting transmission device), providing a high-temperature reaction space.
4. Combustion/Heating System
Provide heat source (including burner, fuel pipeline, ignition device, mixer), suitable for gas or solid fuel.
5. air supply system
Transport combustion air and cooling air (including fans, air caps, and air ducts) to control combustion efficiency and cooling effect.
6. Ash unloading system
Finished product discharge and air locking (including disc ash discharge machine, sealing valve, conveyor belt) to maintain stable pressure inside the kiln.
7. Dust removal and environmental protection system
Flue gas purification (including cooler, bag/electrostatic precipitator, desulfurization and denitrification, chimney), meets emission standards.
8. Automatic control system
Full process monitoring and regulation (including PLC, sensors, and electrical control cabinets) to achieve precise management of temperature, material level, and air volume.
