What are the key points for daily maintenance of plywood machinery
The efficiency and stability of plywood production lines cannot be achieved without standardized and meticulous daily maintenance. By focusing on the following key points, we can effectively reduce malfunctions, extend equipment lifespan, and ensure production safety.
1、 Pre shift inspection, preparation is correct
Before starting up daily, a routine inspection is required. Firstly, check whether the main fastening bolts are loose, especially the connection parts of key equipment such as rotary cutters and hot presses. Secondly, check if the pressure of the hydraulic station and pneumatic system is normal, and if there are any leaks in the pipelines. Finally, confirm that the oil level at each lubrication point is sufficient and add the specified lubricating oil or grease as needed.
2、 During operation inspection, take preventive measures
During equipment operation, operators should conduct inspections by listening, touching, and observing. Listen for any abnormal noise from the operation of motors, bearings, etc; Touch the bearing seat and other parts to sense if the temperature is abnormal; Observe whether the tension of the transmission belt or chain is appropriate and whether there is any deviation. At the same time, pay attention to cleaning and promptly remove wood chips and dust from the surface and interior of the equipment to prevent accumulation and affect heat dissipation and accuracy.
3、 Cleaning up after class is crucial
After production is completed, maintenance work is equally crucial. It is necessary to thoroughly clean the residual rubber and wood chips on the mechanical table, rollers, and cutting tools to keep the equipment clean. Inspect vulnerable parts such as rotary cutters and sanding belts, record wear and tear conditions for timely repair or replacement. Finally, disconnect the power and perform necessary wiping and maintenance on the equipment.
