The shaft kiln limestone kiln is a vertical cylinder, mainly composed of kiln shell, refractory brick lining, insulation layer, combustion system, ventilation system, limestone loading system, unloading system, control system and other key components. As the main structure, the kiln shell is generally welded with steel plates to ensure strength and tightness. The refractory brick lining is laid inside the kiln shell to withstand high temperature and limestone erosion. Insulation is located outside the refractory brick lining to reduce heat loss and improve thermal efficiency.
The combustion system is the core of the shaft lime kiln, including the burner, combustion chamber and fuel supply device. The ventilation system is responsible for supplying fresh air to the kiln to remove waste gases and heat. The limestone loading system feeds the limestone into the kiln and the unloading system discharges the calcined quicklime.
