The acceptance before the automatic wood veneer rotary cutting machine is put into use is an important link to ensure the smooth development of production, which needs to be strictly controlled from many aspects.
Equipment integrity check
Upon arrival of the equipment, first check whether all parts of the rotary cutting machine are complete according to the purchase list, including the host, motor, transmission system, cutter, feeding device, control system, etc. to ensure no missing parts. Meanwhile, check whether the attached tools, accessories, instructions, certificates and other data are complete, so as to provide basis for subsequent installation, commissioning and daily maintenance.
Visual inspection
The appearance of the rotary cutting machine shall be comprehensively examined, and the surface of the machine body shall be flat and smooth without obvious scratches, dents, rust and other defects. The connection of each component shall be tight and seamless without looseness and dislocation. The electrical circuit layout shall be neat without damage and exposure, and the identification shall be clear and accurate for easy identification by the operator.
performance testing
Carry out no-load and load tests. Start the equipment under no load and observe whether the motor and transmission parts operate stably and whether there is abnormal noise and vibration. For the load test, the wood of specified specification shall be used for rotary cutting to check whether the thickness of veneer is uniform, whether the surface is smooth and flat, whether there is tear, burr and other defects.
safety inspection
Check whether the safety protection devices are complete and effective, such as protective cover, emergency stop button, etc. Test the emergency stop button. The equipment shall be able to stop running immediately after being pressed to ensure that the power supply can be quickly cut off in case of emergency and ensure the safety of personnel.
