The equipment adopts a vertical layered combustion structure, and by optimizing the ratio of kiln height to diameter and using zone temperature control technology, the fuel forms a spiral upward combustion zone inside the kiln, resulting in a heat utilization rate that is more than 25% higher than traditional kiln types. At the same time, the innovative annular preheating belt design adds an annular air duct outside the kiln body, using waste heat to preheat the raw materials in a gradient manner, which not only shortens the calcination cycle but also reduces the energy consumption of the main combustion zone.

In terms of environmental performance, the equipment adopts a dual stage dust removal system and a sealed discharge device: the first stage cyclone dust collector captures large particle dust, and the second stage bag filter achieves ultra-low emissions, combined with a fully enclosed conveying structure, effectively reducing unorganized emissions. After actual testing, the dust emission concentration is below 10mg/m ³, meeting the national ultra-low emission standard.

The modular kiln body design supports quick disassembly and capacity expansion, and the intelligent control system can monitor temperature, pressure, and other parameters in real time and automatically adjust them to ensure stable product quality.
