What are the precautions for operating the automation system of lime shaft kiln
The application of lime shaft kiln automation system has upgraded production from "experience driven" to "data-driven", greatly improving efficiency and stability. However, even the most advanced systems require standardized operation. Mastering the following key points is the core of ensuring the long-term and stable operation of automation systems.
1、 Start stop orderly, avoid frequent operation
The system startup and shutdown must strictly follow the preset sequential logic control program. Before starting up, it is necessary to complete the overall equipment inspection through the central control interface, confirm that there are no errors, and then start the subsequent steps in sequence. It is strictly prohibited to skip steps or frequently start and stop for the sake of speed, in order to avoid causing impact damage to mechanical and electrical equipment and thermal systems.
2、 Parameter monitoring, with a focus on trend analysis and judgment
The primary responsibility of an operator is to transition from being an 'operator' to being an 'administrator'. We should not only be satisfied with whether the current value is within the green light zone, but also closely monitor the real-time curves and historical trends of key parameters such as calcination temperature, kiln pressure, and air volume ratio. Any small and persistent deviation may indicate potential problems, and it is necessary to anticipate and make immediate adjustments in advance.
3、 Alarm management, immediately analyze the root cause
When the system issues an alarm, the primary principle is to immediately confirm and quickly analyze, rather than simply mute and reset. It is necessary to distinguish whether it is a false alarm of the instrument, instantaneous fluctuation of parameters, or a real precursor of process abnormalities. Record the contextual information of each alarm to provide data support for preventive maintenance and process optimization of equipment.
4、 Human machine collaboration, blind intervention is strictly prohibited
The automation system has strong self-tuning and optimization capabilities. When the system is running stably, it is strictly prohibited for operators to make unnecessary and significant manual interventions on the control loop (such as PID parameters) based on their "old experience", as this can easily disrupt the established balance of the system. The correct approach is to make small and refined adjustments based on understanding the control logic.
Only by adhering to regulations can one master intelligence. Only by deeply integrating rigorous operational discipline with advanced automation systems can we continuously unleash its maximum value and ensure the safe, efficient, and long-lasting operation of the shaft kiln.
