Jinyong Kiln adopts energy-saving technology to reduce energy consumption of lime kiln

Its research and development of dual chamber parallel flow thermal storage lime kiln has achieved an energy consumption revolution through innovative processes. This kiln type adopts a dual chamber circulation structure, which achieves efficient utilization of thermal energy through alternating calcination and heat storage. The heat recovery rate exceeds 85%, saving more than 20% energy compared to traditional vertical kilns. The energy consumption per unit product is as low as 125kg standard coal/ton, and the annual output can reach 200000 tons, becoming the industry's energy efficiency benchmark.
In terms of technical details, the material feeder equipped with Jinyong kiln uses the "dot net" uniform material distribution technology to make the top material surface of the kiln flat. Combined with the YPJ type disc ash discharge machine, it achieves uniform ash discharge and stable air flow inside the kiln, with a firing rate controlled within 7%. The kiln lining adopts a composite structure of heavy refractory bricks and nano thermal insulation coating, which reduces the surface temperature by 150 ℃ and reduces heat loss by 30%. In addition, the kiln body integrates a waste heat recovery system to reduce the exhaust gas temperature from 250 ℃ to 180 ℃, and the recovered energy is used to preheat the combustion air and raw materials, forming a closed-loop energy cascade utilization.
Taking a steel group project in Linyi as an example, this kiln type saves 28000 tons of standard coal annually, reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 73000 tons, and achieves environmental standards of particulate matter emissions<10mg/m ³ and sulfur dioxide emissions<35mg/m ³ through dust removal and desulfurization facilities.
