Check whether the circuit is aging or short circuited to ensure stable mechanical operation.
In the face of a malfunction, if the hot press machine heats up slowly, it may be due to damaged heating elements or insufficient heat transfer oil, and the components need to be repaired and the heat transfer oil needs to be replenished. The sanding effect of the sanding machine is poor, which may be due to worn sandpaper or uneven pressure on the sanding roller. The sandpaper can be replaced and the pressure on the sanding roller can be adjusted.
