Optimize the matching of kiln speed and feeding amount, and stabilize the thermal system. Strengthen system sealing, reduce air leakage, and avoid local high temperature concentration.

Strengthen external cooling and monitoring: While ensuring the integrity of the inner lining, the cylinder cooling fan can be used reasonably, but it is important to avoid pouring cold water directly to prevent sudden cooling, deformation, and cracking of the cylinder. At the same time, it is necessary to install and rely on an online temperature monitoring system to achieve automatic overheating alarm and preventive maintenance.
