What is the structure of the environmentally friendly vertical lime kiln body
The environmentally friendly vertical lime kiln is the core equipment for modern lime production, and its kiln structure has been specially designed to balance efficient calcination and environmental protection requirements. The kiln body is a vertical cylindrical shape as a whole, composed of multiple layers working together to form a complete system.
Core structure:
The kiln shell is welded with high-strength steel plates to ensure sealing and structural stability. The inner layer is lined with refractory bricks, usually made of high alumina bricks or silicon carbide composite materials, which can withstand high temperatures above 1200 ℃ and resist limestone erosion. The outer side of refractory bricks is wrapped with insulation materials such as aluminum silicate refractory fiber felt, which improves thermal efficiency by reducing heat loss. The bottom of the kiln is equipped with an alternating sealed ash discharge device, which uses rotation or vibration to discharge the calcined quicklime. The top is equipped with a feeding device with alternating sealing performance, which is matched with a rotating distributor to achieve uniform feeding.
Auxiliary system:
The combustion system consists of a multi-channel burner and a fuel supply device, and the air volume is evenly distributed through computer simulation of the air cap to ensure sufficient and uniform combustion. The ventilation system includes an air inlet, an exhaust outlet, and a flue. The air inlet is located at the lower part of the kiln to transport combustion air, and the exhaust outlet is located at the top to discharge exhaust gas. The flue is connected to dust removal equipment to achieve environmentally friendly emissions. In addition, the kiln body also integrates temperature monitoring, combustion control, and safety protection systems, ensuring production stability through real-time data feedback and automated adjustment.
